MCSS Mini Linear Slides

At the core of the system is a robust recirculating ball-bearing guide system which not only ensures excellent load capacity but also natively integrates the crucial anti-rotation function within the slide. Integration is made extremely fast thanks to the adoption of tubular linear motors with an integrated drive, which allow the use of the same intuitive control type typical of pneumatics, simplifying the interface.Furthermore, 24VDC operation enhances safety and facilitates use in sensitive sectors such as medical and pharmaceutical, drastically reducing the risks associated with higher mains voltages (230/400VAC). For more advanced applications requiring axis synchronization or interpolation, the MCSS slides support major industrial communication standards such as MODBUS RTU, CANopen DS402, and EtherCAT.
