GTW-ETH ensures a continuous link to the motors via CANopen or MODBUS-RTU fieldbuses, or synchronizes motor movements using digital signals (remote I/O), simplifying the integration of up to 10 motors.
Control modes through the EtherCAT motion controller include Profile position for up to 10 axes and Interpolated position for up to 2 axes (DS402 bridge). GTW-ETH is equipped with two EtherCAT ports and is powered by 24VDC. The EtherCAT motion controller interfaces with the GTW-ETH treating the gateway as an EtherCAT slave. 2 remoteable digital inputs and 3 digital outputs via EtherCAT complete the device.
