Relative and absolute magnetic encoders
NiLAB can provide in combination with the linear motors linear encoders to improve the accuracy performance.
These encoders are provided as a kit composed by reading head and magnetic adhesive strip in length on drawing.
The relative linear encoders have SIN/COS 1Vpp analog output or ABZ digital TTL output with selectable output resolution.
The absolute encoders are with Hiperface, SSI, BiSS or DriveCliq inteface.
With these encoder solutions you can reach a position accuracy of 10 microns and a position repeatability of microns.
